Stephanie Jackson, RN
Registered Nurse
Stephanie is an infusion nurse at NOVA IV Therapy with a diverse nursing background rooted in emergency and trauma care. Before becoming a registered nurse, Stephanie spent five years working as an emergency room technician, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care. After earning her nursing license, she worked on a trauma unit before returning to the emergency department, where she continued caring for patients with a wide range of medical needs. She also spent two years working as a hospice nurse, an experience that further shaped her appreciation for compassionate, individualized care.
Stephanie believes that patients should feel empowered and involved in their own healthcare decisions. She values patient education and believes that helping people understand their options is essential to making informed decisions about their health. She was drawn to NOVA IV Therapy’s integrative approach to care and appreciates the opportunity to be part of a team that looks beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to supporting patients’ health and wellness.
Outside of nursing, Stephanie enjoys hiking, traveling, and making memories with her kiddo and their two pups. Whether she’s exploring somewhere new or enjoying time outdoors, she loves embracing new experiences and spending quality time with her family.

Patient Care Coordinator
Jean serves as our Patient Care Coordinator, overseeing appointment coordination and acting as the primary point of contact for patients to ensure a smooth and well-organized care experience from start to finish. With a commitment to efficiency, reliability, and clear follow-through, she plays an integral role in supporting both patients and providers throughout the care process.
