This role involves:

- participation in IV therapy planning
- working alongside clinical staff to support safe and appropriate care delivery
Experience or interest in integrative or wellness-based care is welcomed, but not required.
Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
We are always open to meeting individuals who can provide our patients with a professional, organized, and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- patient scheduling and communication
- check-in and check-out coordination
- administrative support for daily operations
Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Medical Billing & Insurance Specialist
We are open to connecting with individuals experienced in medical billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management.
This role may involve:
- submitting and tracking insurance claims
- verifying patient benefits and eligibility
- supporting accurate coding and documentation processes
- communicating with payers and patients regarding claims
Experience with insurance-based medical practices is preferred, particularly in ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.
Medical Assistant / Clinical Support
This role supports both clinical and operational aspects of the practice.
Responsibilities may include:
- assisting with patient preparation and flow
- supporting nursing staff during IV services
- maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment

Clinical Intern (Pre-Med / Pre-Health Students)
We occasionally work with students seeking exposure to a clinical environment.
Interns may assist with:

- patient flow and support
