NOVA IV Therapy:

Medically Supervised IV & Ozone Therapy
in Sterling, VA

At NOVA IV Therapy, we believe healthcare should be thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in careful clinical decision-making. As a medically supervised IV therapy practice serving Sterling, VA and the surrounding Northern Virginia communities, our approach focuses on supporting the body through structured, provider-directed therapies.

Each visit begins with listening. We take time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and goals so that care recommendations are appropriate, measured, and aligned with your needs. Our role is not to replace your primary care—but to offer additional, medically guided options when supportive therapies may be appropriate.

From long-time local families to professionals navigating demanding schedules in the Dulles corridor, we care for individuals seeking a more personalized and attentive healthcare experience—one that prioritizes clarity, partnership, and respect for the whole person.

A Complementary Care Practice Built on Trust

NOVA IV Therapy operates as a complementary care practice, working alongside your existing healthcare providers when appropriate. We place a strong emphasis on patient relationships, education, and informed decision-making.

Our process includes a provider consultation to evaluate your medical history, current concerns, and overall goals before recommending any therapy. This allows us to develop IV protocols that are individualized, measured, and appropriate for your situation.

We care for patients across a wide range of age groups, including adolescents (12+) through older adults, with all services delivered under licensed medical supervision.

We are currently co-located with Sterling Wellness, allowing patients access to functional medicine services when appropriate, while maintaining a coordinated and collaborative care environment.

Supporting the Body Through Targeted IV Therapies

NOVA IV Therapy offers provider-directed IV nutrient therapies designed to support normal physiological function, hydration, and overall wellness.

Intravenous delivery allows vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to be administered directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system. This method may be considered in situations where patients are seeking support for hydration, nutrient replenishment, or periods of increased physical or mental demand.

IV offerings include:

  • Normal Saline IV Hydration

  • Myers’ Cocktail formulation

  • Glutathione

  • Zinc and immune-support nutrients

  • High-dose Vitamin C

  • Customized nutrient blends based on individual needs

These therapies are used as supportive options within a broader care plan, and are always discussed in the context of individual health status, goals, and clinical appropriateness.

Advanced Ozone-Based Therapies

NOVA IV Therapy provides advanced ozone-based services , including MAH, 10-Pass, and EBOO, as well as adjunctive therapies such as Hemealumen light therapy.

These services involve the controlled use of a medical-grade oxygen–ozone mixture in extracorporeal systems under licensed provider supervision.

In integrative medical settings, these therapies are sometimes considered as part of a broader plan for individuals seeking support related to:

• Immune system function

• Inflammatory balance

• Circulatory support

• Recovery from periods of physiological stress

All therapies are reviewed in detail during consultation, including potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. Patients are encouraged to make informed decisions based on their individual goals and in coordination with their broader medical care.
