NOVA IV Therapy:

Integrative and Alternative Healthcare
in Sterling, VA

At NOVA IV Therapy, we believe healthcare should be personal, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. As an alternative therapies provider specializing in IV therapy in Sterling, VA, and the surrounding Northern Virginia communities, our approach relies on real diagnostic science blended with functional and integrative medicine. Every visit is guided by one simple belief: your health deserves more than rushed appointments and one-size-fits-all answers.

From families who have lived in Sterling for decades to professionals commuting along Route 7 or working near the Dulles technology corridor, we care for patients from all walks of life. Many of our patients come to us seeking a practitioner who listens, explains, and partners with them rather than directing care from a scripted list of standard options that are untailored. Our practice is built to be a place of personalized and compassionate care.

With more than 10 years of experience serving Northern Virginia families in Ozone and IV Therapies, we continue to evolve while staying grounded in what matters most: trust, continuity, and care that looks at the whole person rather than isolated symptoms.

A Complementary Care Practice Built on Trust

As an addition to your primary care, NOVA IV Therapy places tremendous value on relationships. We take time to understand not just your medical history, but your lifestyle, stressors, environment, and long-term goals. This allows us to create IV care plans that are realistic, supportive, and effective to provide positive health outcomes over time.

Our IV practice provides complementary care for patients in most age groups. Children 12 or older, teens, adults, and seniors can all receive IV Services at NOVA IV Therapy. Our role as your complementary care practice is to align with your primary care provider to help you navigate your family’s personal health challenges with tailored plans that fit your needs. To that end, we are proud to partner with Sterling Wellness.

Supporting Wellness from the Inside Out

NOVA IV Therapy works alongside Sterling Wellness to provide advanced IV and ozone-based therapies designed to support immune health, inflammation balance, detoxification, and energy production. Co-located within our new Ridgetop Circle office, NOVA IV Therapy expands the range of integrative options available to our patients and the surrounding community.

IV nutrient therapy allows vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to be delivered directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestive absorption barriers. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with nutrient deficiencies, chronic stress, fatigue, or recovery needs. IV offerings include:

  • Normal Saline IV Hydration

  • Myers’ Cocktail formulation

  • Glutathione

  • Zinc and immune-support nutrients

  • High-dose Vitamin C

  • Customized nutrient blends based on individual needs

These services are often used as supportive therapies alongside primary care and functional medicine plans. Many patients appreciate having access to these options within a medically supervised setting where care is coordinated and individualized.

Advanced Ozone and Integrative Therapies

NOVA IV Therapy also provides advanced ozone-based services that are offered as adjunctive and integrative wellness options, including MAH, 10-pass, and EBOO, along with Hemealumen. These therapies have been used internationally for decades and are administered by trained professionals using carefully calibrated equipment.

Ozone-based services may be considered by individuals seeking additional support for immune function, inflammation balance, detoxification, or recovery from chronic stressors. All therapies are discussed thoroughly during consultations to ensure patients understand the process, goals, and considerations involved.

Safety and education are central to how we approach these services. Patients are always encouraged to ask questions, explore options, and make informed decisions based on their individual health goals.

Continued Care for Long-Standing Patients

Patients transitioning from Sterling Family Practice can feel confident knowing their care continues without interruption.  Medical records, provider relationships, and our commitment to excellence remain firmly in place.
