10-Pass Ozone IV Therapy
(High Dose)
in Sterling, VA
10-Pass ozone therapy, also known as high-dose ozone therapy or OHT, is a more intensive evolution of MAH. It builds upon the same foundational principles but repeats the process multiple times in a single session to achieve deeper systemic effects.
During a 10-Pass session, a small amount of blood is withdrawn into a sterile bottle, ozonated with the maximum recommended ozone concentration under hyperbaric pressure, and reinfused back into the body. This constitutes one pass. The process is then repeated a total of 10 times within the same session.
What distinguishes 10-Pass therapy from standard MAH is both the cumulative ozone exposure and its impact on cellular signaling. Research and clinical observation have shown that stem cell activation becomes evident during passes 8, 9, and 10. This regenerative response is one of the reasons 10-Pass ozone therapy is often referred to as the most advanced oxidation therapy available today.
Unlike traditional MAH, which does not stimulate stem cell activity, 10-Pass therapy has been observed to support regenerative processes that may be beneficial for chronic and complex conditions requiring more aggressive intervention. Our clinic is also researching additional intensities of 15-pass and 20-pass to be offered in the near future.
When 10-Pass Therapy is Considered
10-Pass ozone therapy may be recommended for patients
dealing with:
Long-standing or treatment-resistant conditions
Chronic infections or immune dysregulation
Severe inflammation
Neurological or cognitive concerns
Cardiovascular disease
Erectile dysfunction related to vascular health
Post-viral syndromes
Systemic illness requiring deeper support
Because of its intensity, 10-Pass therapy is always performed under strict medical supervision and only after careful evaluation. Most patients must begin their Ozone journey with traditional MAH for their first 4-6 sessions, then move up to a 5-pass to prime their immune system before reaching a ready-state for 10-pass. The provider will create a specific and clear plan, unique to each patient’s needs, to ensure a gentle, but optimal outcome.
